- 2 dl sour cream

- 15 dkg grated parmesan cheese
- 3 coffee sp salt (I used sea salt)
- 1 egg yolk
- grated parmesan cheese
Knead the ingredients together.
Put it on a floured breadboard and roll it out, finger thick
Use floured sconecutter or if you don’t have one use a small size cup
Mix the egg yolk a bit.
Put the scones into a baking dish, use baking paper. “paint” the top of the scones with the egg yolk, and spread some grated cheese on top.
I remember My Mom always did some hearts from the left overs…
Bake it around half an hour, 180-200 degrees, I checked a few times if the top is nice, golden brown.
Well, I couldn’t take any photos from the cheesy scones, ‘ cause the dancing girls ate them all… but I managed to take a picture from the two hearts which I managed to save for my boyfriend… and this looks mega nice… and the taste is just yummmmyyyyyy…. We were good
